Aims and Objectives

Our aims for the service are to provide a high quality service based on the service users’ needs and their capabilities (Person Centered Approach).

We are providing care to service users in their own homes to help them remain in their own familiar environment for as long as it is safely possible.

We aim to involve family (if they and the service user wishes), to have a positive input into the way the service user is cared for.

The service provided will be based on the service users’ needs, this includes:

• Personal Care
• Assisting with moving
• Cooking
• Shopping
• Cleaning

This is achieved either by daily visits or by 24 hour live in care.

The care needs of the service user will be met by the initial risk assessments and then by the continuing reviews by the caregiver and the registered manager.
